Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated beautiful home.
This house is the oldest building in St Anne’s. It’s called The Old Station House – this is because it’s so close the railway making it perfect for commuters and travelers.

There are four stunning bedrooms, three with king size beds and one with twin beds, two of the bedrooms also have the most beautiful ensuites.
There is also a large bathroom, stunning kitchen/dining room, with downstairs wc, separate lounge and garden.

You’ll enter this stunning Old Station House through the front door into a beautifully decorated hallway, with the great feature of automatic lights in the wall. You can throw off your coat and shoes and explore this cosy and spacious home.

You move into the lounge room, a cosy snug space with a smart tv and electric fire, large bay window letting in plenty of natural light, there are two sofas to curl up on after a busy day exploring the local areas.

The next space is a large kitchen, dining, sofa area, this space is perfect for a large family & friend getaway a great entertainment space, there is a wood burning log fire, dining table, benches and chairs for 8 people, the kitchen has integrated appliances ( dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and washing machine, it also has an island with stools to sit and chat while cooking, the stone floors and modern aesthetic give an absolutely stunning modern industrial feel, my favourite part in this area is a skylight and patio doors to the outside space, it really give a feel of light and space here.

An added extra in the downstairs space is a downstairs WC.

Now, we move up the modern staircase to bedroom one, this cosy room has a king size bed, smart tv, dressing table and chair which can also be used as a workspace and bed side tables, the view from this room overlooks the garden.

The next room as we move through the home is a lovely spacious bathroom, the bath is big enough for two people to enjoy, the stone wall is a fantastic addition to this room and really does make the room feel outdoorsy, you can fill up the bath and feel like your in a hot tub.
The next room is a twin bedroom, perfect for children or friends, there is a tv in this room and a set of drawers.

The third bedroom we come to is a spacious king size bedroom, the large cosy bed almost looks lost in this enormous space – you’d have plenty of room for getting ready or bringing a small child and putting up a travel cot, there is a dressing table and chair, tv, hanging space and bedside tables – the wall is panelled and very modern, there is a en-suite in this room, which is beautifully designed with a shower, toilet and sink – as with the rest of the house the attention to detail is shown in the design and lighting.

The final floor in this building is the top floor king size bedrooms you go up to and amazing space with two velux windows a king size bed and lots of space. There is an en suite in this room too which is simply stunning.

Guest access

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the full home and garden area, there are no shared spaces here. There are neighbours either side as this is a residential area so we ask guests be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level after 10pm.

Other things to note

Please note there is a railway line which is still in use ( not a main line and just 1 track) backing onto the garden, while the house is fully insulated and double glazed there may be minimal noise from the railway line especially at the rear of the house.
